Ethiopian Mocha Coffee

Ethiopia, said to be the home of coffee, produces this delicious cup with a wild, gamey character. Sourced from the Ambassa cooperative this is a great example of Ethiopian Coffee beans; fruity with hints of spice. Good brewing with a stovetop or aeropress in particular.
